• To replace Sage
• To fully implement System 21, including the manufacturing modules

• Implemented Phase 1 (financials/distribution)
• Produced a project plan
• Controlled sub contractors and liaised with outsourced IT department
• Managed the implementation of the manufacturing modules
• Designed and set up Recipes
• Designed the stock and purchasing systems, where none existed
• Set up production receipt recording and stock variance analysis
• Monitored material variances
• Installed Cognos Impromptu and defined / wrote numerous reports
• Implemented procedures to comply with external audits (eg. HM Customs, Soil Association)
