         Infor S21 within six weeks

• Assisted the IT director to gain Board approval for the feasibility study
• Met with key users to understand their current functionality
• Compared functionality between sites
• Investigated possible conflicts with current major investment project
• Documented meetings and ensured data accuracy
• Produced business process flow charts
• Ensured all current processes were covered by S21
• Researched possible problem areas
• Met with senior managers to discuss preliminary findings
• Produced a board presentation for approval
