- Managed the implementation of the Financial and Distribution modules
- Produced a detailed project plan
- Prepared a detailed budget and system for controlling budget of £750k
- Authorised all project expenditure
- Controlled a full time project staff of six
- Controlled sub contractors and liaised with outsourced IT department
- Developed a divisional coding structure for the ledgers and stock codes
- Tested automated data capture systems
- Designed the stock and purchasing systems, where none existed
- Controlled the development of bespoke package for telesales department
- Managed training plan for 40 users
