- To fully implement System 21, including the manufacturing modules

- Designed and set up Recipes
- Designed the stock and purchasing systems, where none existed
- Set up production receipt recording and stock variance analysis
- Monitored material variances Installed Cognos Impromptu and defined / wrote numerous reports
- Implemented procedures to comply with external audits (eg. HM Customs, Soil Association)
- Provided full site support
