- Replaced all current IBM System i/AS400 legacy functionality
- Designed and created bespoke RPG reports
- Produced a project plan
- Controlled sub contractors and liaised with outsourced IT department
- Implemented a central data creation system and controlled all master data creation
- Monitored material variances and produced reports
- Cognos Impromptu installed and numerous reports defined and written
- Implemented procedures to comply with external audits (eg. HM Customs, Soil Association)
