Between them, Graham Tinsley, Martin Havenhand and John Mason have 76 years of IT experience to share with our customers.
The last few years has seen IMS (Global) Ltd go from strength to strength. Not only has our customer base grown, but so has our service provision. The addition of E-Commerce, PRINCE 2 Project Management, BACSTEL-IP and our partnership with Blue Chip has enabled us to support more customers, in more sectors with a greater range of JBA / IBM iSeries / Infor System 21 associated solutions.

Graham Tinsley – Senior Analyst Programmer
Bringing over 23 years experience in IT, 17 years of which is directly AS/400 and JBA/GEAC related, Graham has extensive experience of implementing systems where the uplift of complex bespoke work, data conversion or integration are required. His knowledge of AS/400 including RPG programming, Embedded SQL and wide-ranging use of Query/400 is a great asset to IMS, as are his strong technical and implementation skills with System 21.
Martin Havenhand – Project Manager
Having held senior IT positions in large and small organisations, and with 27 years industry experience, Martin brings an exceptional track record of successful ERP business systems project management. As a Microsoft Certified CRM Specialist and PRINCE 2 accredited Project Manager, Martin has been involved in the successful co-ordination of many complex business projects in the UK and internationally. Delivering business critical IT projects on time, within budget and to customer specification are strengths that IMS are delighted Martin will be passing on to our customers.
John Mason – Senior Analyst Programmer
An extremely practical and technically versatile professional, John has over 20 years experience applying information technology solutions to a wide variety of industries. His belief that “IT must provide tangible benefits to users and practical solutions to real problems” is one IMS customers are already directly benefiting from. John’s in-depth knowledge of Infor System 21, IBM mid-range computers, Private Health Administration systems and his extensive technical ability with iSeries / AS400, RPG400, CL, Query and SQL; LANSA, Progress V7 on Windows and HP Unix, Visual Basic / VBA / Access, MS SQL Server and MBS Navision is supported by exceptional problem definition and solution design skills.
