The customer offered complex retrospective rebates to many of its customers, which was common in the electrical supplies trade, but needed to improve their current system.
IMS designed a new system allowing the user to set up different types of rebate schemes by customer and product group, controlled by an effective date range. This resulted in discounts being applied at several levels to invoice lines, which can now be summarised for inclusion in Sales Analysis reporting to further support auditing and business management decision making.| < Prev | Next > |
