I would like to start by wishing all of you a happy and prosperous 2017. 2016 has been another growth year for IMS and I would like to thank all of our customers for their support during the year and for entrusting IMS with their IT projects and business. I sincerely hope we can build on this relationship during 2017.

I would also like to thank the IMS team for all of their hard work and commitment throughout the year. It is only through them that IMS can support our customers and deliver the excellent service that we are known for.

Having built on the success of our 25th anniversary year in 2015, we were looking to expand the business so in 2016 we acquired JPSYS Ltd enabling us to increase the services offered by IMS. Our extended range now includes technology services, such as remote IT support, hardware upgrades, security audits and DR/HA planning. All of these services are built around our core solutions of Infor System 21 and IBM iSeries hardware.

The number and size of projects we have worked on through 2016 is larger and more diverse than ever before and we have been excited to be involved in some extremely interesting developments. I am pleased to say that to date these projects have all been delivered successfully and we hope to be able to send you some new and interesting case studies in 2017.

2017 promises to be a stimulating year at IMS. An example of how we have diversified is our recent new contract to deliver a web portal to allow ‘in field’ sales executives to process transactions directly from ipad, and we look forward to providing further details of this project as it moves forward. We have recently been appointed IBM Partner status and we are planning to bring you more services from IBM over the next few months. We are looking forward to the further new opportunities that our extended skills and experience will allow us to become involved in this year.
